Skill360 Australia – Board of Directors
Skill360 Australia is a member based organisation who’s objective is to be a sustainable, not for profit organisation providing solutions to the education, employment and training needs of our community’s workforce through group training, employment services, education and training services and such other services that are consistent with this objective or otherwise beneficial to our community. The Board is elected by, and accountable to, the members.
The Board of Directors act on behalf of members in overseeing and governing the organisation.
The Board, together with the Chief Executive Officer, identifies the direction for Skill360 Australia and its goals.
The Chief Executive Officer then works with the management team to decide how to implement these plans.

Board meetings are attended by the Chair, Deputy Chair, Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, the latter also in the capacity of Company Secretary.
