A Seaside Seafood Restaurant is looking for a confident 1st year apprentice chef who wants to learn from a crew of talented individuals. This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a qualified cook. Individuals may have some responsibility for others and provide technical advice and support to a team.

This apprenticeship would suit applicants who have high levels of personal cleanliness, interest in cooking, good communication skills and enjoy working a 24 hour rotating roster.
