Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join a well respected Chinese restaurant in CBD area to complete Cert II Hospitality Operations. You will learn all aspects of the restaurant including food & beverage service, customer service, bookings & seating plans. In this traineeship you will be doing some of the following duties
• Take restaurant reservation
• Welcome and seat guests
• Take costumer orders to pass on to kitchen stall or bar staff
• Serve food and drink
• Prepare bills for customers
• Handle money and credit cards

Skills & Qualifications:
|
Waiters often work split shifts and in the evenings, weekends and public holidays. They also spend a lot of time on their feet and may have to deal with difficult customers. Applicants must be well presented, have good communication skills and enjoy working with people.
