Short Courses & Community Training

Skill360 Australia offers a range of short courses that are highly appropriate to small business people, hobbyist or do-it-yourself (DIY) home renovators. 

Sometimes referred to as Adult Community Education (ACE) courses, these non-accredited courses are a great way of getting a taste for a skill area, and are often a step along your learning pathway to even greater possibilities.  Enroll today to get started on a project, upgrade your skills or simply learn more about yourself.

With a commitment to quality, all of the short courses offered by Skill360 Australia are delivered by trainers with real-world experience and the qualifications required to allow you to be the best that you can be.  Courses are currently available in:

  • Computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access & MS Outlook)
  • Accounting and accounting packages (MYOB)
  • Carpentry and furniture making

Typically these courses are open to all people over fifteen years of age.  Courses vary in duration from a total of two hours duration or two to three hours weekly, over six to eight weeks.  Some programs are offered as full-day Saturday workshops.

Some short courses offered by Skill360 Australia are accredited and designed to provide knowledge and skills across a wide range of topics, including art, computers, wine appreciation, small business, languages and sport.  Others are non-accredited and are of varying length which provides skills and knowledge enhancement in a range of areas.
