Skill360 Australia Foundation - Grant request

Skill360 Australia is a not-for-profit provider of employment and training services and our surplus funds are reinvested in activities that support the employment of apprentices and trainees across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.  To achieve our goal of maximising employment levels, we keep our fees for host employers low over the long term, it is imperative we keep our costs down. This means that we pursue a limited number of sponsorship opportunities.

Every request for support or sponsorship is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the opportunity meets the guidelines that Skill360 Australia as established for support, we certainly like to help where we can.

For initial contact, please fill out the Sponsorship Application Form, outlining the event and/or request. Please try to be as specific as you can, detailing in full what the event and/or request is, and in turn, what will be provided to Skill360 Australia as part of the sponsorship arrangement. Key elements of your proposal should include:

• What is the concept / event / request?
• When and where will the concept / event be taking place?
• What/who is your target market?
• What form and level of support are you seeking from Skill360 Australia?
• What are the benefits that you propose to return to Skill360 Australia?

Full details of the bundle of benefits that you are suggesting could be provided in return for our support should be outlined. You should provide details in relation to any proposed media / advertising schedule, along with details of signage, size and placement of logo, hospitality, etcetera. Please keep in mind that Skill360 Australia likes to pursue opportunities that deliver positive exposure for Skill360 Australia and which encourage the uptake of apprenticeships and traineeships by employers and employees.

Skill360 Australia looks favorably upon proposals that:

• Benefit a bona fide charity organisation or community group;
• Include other like-minded companies that fit well together as part of the one concept (i.e. encourage the uptake of apprenticeships and traineeships by employers and employees or encourage mature-age workers to re-train).
• Would benefit significantly from our involvement rather than it just being a small component of the overall proposal.
• Provides Skiill360 Australia with significant and valuable return for assistance.
• Is an event or situation that supports our brand values of innovation, quality and encouraging life long learning;
• Are just way too great to say no to.

We'll try our best to respond via return email within two weeks to your request.  Please be patient if the response to your request takes a little longer than expected as we receive many each month and it does take time to thoroughly review and assess all opportunities. We ask that you keep any "follow up" phone calls to a minimum as this distracts us from our core task of reviewing and responding to you as quickly as we can.
