Skill360 Australia – Board of Directors
Skill360 Australia is a not-for-profit organisation owned by the member companies that host our apprentices. The Board is elected by, and accountable to, the members.
The Board of Directors acts on behalf of members in overseeing and governing the organisation. The Board, together with the Chief Executive Officer, identifies the direction for Skill360 Australia and its goals. The Chief Executive Officer then works with the management team to decide how to implement these plans. The current Board of Directors is as follows

Board meetings are attended by the Chair, Deputy Chair, Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, the latter in the capacity of Company Secretary. In order to ensure that Skill360 Australia is governed in accordance with the requirements of the Corporations Act (Cth) 2000 and has a strategic plan that meets the needs of its members, there are three Board committees, these being:
- Audit Committee (Standing Committee)
- Governance (Standing Committee)
- Risk & Infrastructure (Standing Committee)
- Executive Appointment & Remuneration (Select Committee)
The Skill360 Australia Board enjoys a broad mix of skills, knowledge and experience. Different directors have different skills and the current composition of the Board provides a balance of mix of financial, legal and human resource specialisations whilst also reflecting the composition of the Skill360 Australia membership.
