Working with Skill360 Australia gives you flexibility and security.  We find the initial host employer for you, and group training allows you to gain wider experience and range of skills with a smaller specialised 'host employer' who normally only take on apprentices or trainees at peak times.

Skill360 Australia ensures that your training is matched to industry requirements and gives you a nationally recognised qualification.  Staff at Skill360 Australia monitor your on the job training and off the job training to ensure that high quality and relevant training is provided in a safe environment.

Skill360 Australia takes care of all your wages, entitlements, employment records and monitors award conditions and pay rates.

Skill360 Australia provides support to apprentices and trainees to make sure the contract runs smoothly and to help troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the course of the training.  If necessary, we can transfer you to another employer if things don't work out or if your initial host employer is unable to continue to offer you work.
