  1. Decide what type of apprentice or trainee you want.
    For instance, are you looking for a receptionist, accounts and payroll trainee or perhaps somebody to help you on the job whether it is in the construction, retail, hospitality automotive or other industry sector. There are around seven hundred different type of apprenticeships and traineeships available.
  2. Do you know a candidate or would you like to recruit?
    If you know somebody you would like to offer the apprenticeship or traineeship to, that's great. Alternatively, Skill360 Australia can send you a shortlist of pre-screened candidates and also place an advertisement on the internet and in your local paper.     One of our Employment Coordinators will visit you to help you complete the complex government paperwork and explain how much your business will save using group training. In some cases, we will be able to assist your business access government subsidies.
  4. Getting started on the job
    When the apprentice first starts with you, we will be out to visit to ensure that all is going along well. We are proactive in making sure that the apprentice is fitting-in well and visit your business on a periodic basis to discuss their progress and provide you with support and guidance. Importantly, we are only a telephone call away if you have any problems or have a question.
