School Based Apprenticeships

School-based apprenticeships and traineeships allow high school students, typically Years 11 and 12, to work with an employer as paid employees whilst studying for their final secondary school qualification.

School-based apprenticeships and traineeships allow high school students to work for an employer, train towards a recognised qualification, and complete their secondary school studies. They are available across a wide range of fields in most industry sectors including: building and construction; business and finance; computers and information technology; sports and entertainment; to design and manufacturing.  Actually, with around seven hundred qualifications available there is an excellent chance that there will be an apprenticeship or traineeship available relevant for most careers.
