This course has been designed for individuals who wish to work in office administration, assistant or junior personal assistant positions. Subjects covered include general administrative and IT skills.

Completion of Year 10 (Recommended).
Fee for service clients must be employed in an office administration position before enrolment in this course can be accepted.
What are the course fees?
This qualification can be delivered under the Australian Apprenticeship Program, in this instance students must be employed in a traineeship to undertake this training program. Training may be funded through the Department of Education, Training and Employment User Choice Policy as well as under the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program (Funded by the Queensland Government). Student contributions will apply, the below fees will change if elective units chosen are outside of the standard course offer. Eligibility criteria applies for concession rate.
BSB30115 Certificate III in Business is not identified by the Queensland Government as a high priority qualification so therefore does not qualify for the Year 12 graduates – fee free training initiative.

How long will it take to study?
This course is competency based training meaning that the duration of study depends on individual progress. We will work with you to achieve the best outcomes. Traineeships are for a 12 month period.
Which subjects make up this course?
To achieve this qualification you must demonstrate competency in 12 units – 1 core unit and 11 elective units. Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.
