Michelle is excited to be starting her traineeship in Business Administration and is the friendly face behind the counter at Skill360’s office in Manunda.
When Michelle came to Group Training Organisation Skill360 looking for a business administration traineeship, she was expecting to be posted to a host employer in the region. The team at Skill360 were so impressed with Michelle’s attitude and professionalism they decided to place her into a traineeship opening with Skill360, working in their office at Manunda.
As she answers phones and steers enquiries through to the varying departments at Skill360, Michelle looks like she has been in the role for longer than just over a month and shows a maturity beyond her years. Having worked in busy fast food restaurants and retail outlets before, Michelle is used to managing her time well and providing exceptional customer service.
“The team here are so supportive, I really enjoy coming to work. Most of my family work in office environments and it is something that I have always been interested in pursuing”, Michelle stated.
