Rising Stars in Hospitality! Gain the skills required to work in a range of hospitality roles including concierge, kitchen-hand, room attendant, laundry, food and beverage attendants and more. Learning on-site at a 5 star hotel in Brisbane City, our graduates are sought after by hospitality industry businesses.


Certificate II in Hospitality Operations

Gain skills and training while participating in practical tasks within hotel backroom operations. Train for a variety of roles including concierge, kitchenhand, room attendant, laundry and food and beverage assistants. Our graduates are sought after by hospitality businesses!

Who can join the program?

• Unemployed for 6 months or more
• Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent resident, New Zealander or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on a pathway to permanent residency
• Queensland Residents and not at school

Those with English as a second language or young people impacted by the justice system are encouraged to apply.
