Certificate II in Hospitality Operations

Gain skills and training while participating in practical tasks within hotel backroom operations. Train for a variety of roles including concierge, kitchenhand, room attendant, laundry and food and beverage assistants. Our graduates are sought after by hospitality businesses!

Who can join the program?

• Unemployed for 6 months or more
• Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent resident, New Zealander or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on a pathway to permanent residency
• Queensland Residents and not at school

Those with English as a second language or young people impacted by the justice system are encouraged to apply.
