As a Group Training Organisation and licenced for Labour Hire, Skill360 acts as the employer for your apprentice or trainee. We reduce your risk by looking after all the necessary paperwork and government forms, from the training contract to management of all the tax, superannuation and WorkCover. We also provide the safety induction.
Ongoing Support and Mentoring
For successful completions.
Your dedicated Skill360 Apprenticeship Coach will have regular contact with you and the apprentice or trainee, including face to face visits. This will ensure that their training is progressing well and that any issues or problems can be corrected, including performance management.
Paying the Wages
We manage the payroll.
We pay wages, ensure the awards and entitlements are correct and you receive just the one simple weekly invoice.
